COVERAGE AND AFTER CARE

Do you clean or provide care for jewellery sold on your site?
All jewellery purchased from Caradiem is eligible for 1 time free resizing for the first year and free cleaning for a lifetime. You may also return your jewellery to our offices for free prong tightening, changing of size, repolishing, rhodium plating and cleaning during this time. After the 1 year period, we provide the resizing service for $50 per ring, other than that is free for a lifetime! The return shipping fee is $30 for local Singapore customers (or hand over delivery for free upon agreement) and $50 for international customers. What is covered by your lifetime warranty?
All of our jewellery is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is personally inspected prior to shipment. We stand behind everything that we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Our lifetime warranty offers free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning services.
If there is ever a problem with your jewellery or you are in need of other services that are not covered under our lifetime warranty, your jewellery can be mailed back to us or you can arrange a meeting with our designer for evaluation. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewellery. -
Do you provide insurance appraisals?
Yes. Insurance appraisal is available upon request for jewellery valued at $1,000 or higher.

Do you insure jewellery?
Although we provide you with an insurance appraisal that you can use to obtain coverage, we do not provide jewellery insurance. We have, however, partnered company to provide you with the option of insuring your jewellery with its personal jewellery insurance*. (coming soon)

What is your return policy?
We care about your satisfaction and stand behind every item we sell.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange, with terms and conditions applied. We will even pay for the return shipment within Singapore.
In addition, we also offer several other valuable services to our clients.
1) Lifetime warranty
We warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
Our quality-control staff personally inspects every item prior to shipment, so it is very unlikely your purchase will be anything less than perfect.
In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewellery, it can be sent back to our office for inspection and/or repair.
We also offer free prong tightening, repolishing, and cleaning for the life of your fine jewellery.
2) Free resizing
Caradiem will resize your ring free-of-charge for 1 time within the first year of purchase.
Free resizing is available for all platinum, white gold and yellow gold engagement rings.

What are the Terms & Conditions?
- Returned jewellery must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be eligible for refund or exchange.
- Jewellery showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweller other than Caradiem will not be accepted.
- Loose diamonds must also be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a $250 charge will be charged for replacement of the certificate.
- Customised order are not returnable.- Eternity bands and tension rings cannot usually be resized and must be completely

What is your return procedure?
In order to process a return, contact our Customer Service department at +65 81837967.
All refunds will be processed within five days and done in the form of the original purchase method.
Bank wires are refunded via company cheque.

Where do you shipped your jewellery to?
We ship our jewellery to Singapore and internationally.

What is the cost of shipping?
Caradiem provides fast, free shipping on all order destinations for all orders, regardless of the purchase value.
International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties -
I'd like to place an international order. Do I pay customs fees to Caradiem or to the shipping provider?
When you place an international order, we will ship it to you for free. Once the package arrives in your country, the courier will contact you to collect any taxes or duties. Shipping is done via Fedex International Priority for orders over $500 in value and usually takes two to three days. Packages valued below $500 are sent via register Fedex.

How long after I order will my item be shipped?
To make sure that all diamonds, specs and quality are in order, loose diamonds are shipped 1-4 days after payment. All shipping is FedEx Priority. All other jewellery and engagement rings will be shipped in one to three weeks, depending on the production schedule of that item. Shipping ranges are located on the detail page for each item.

Can I request for an item to be done sooner than the time stated?
While you can always contact our team for personalised request, we advise you to give each order an adequate time to be made perfectly.

Is the shipment safe? What if my order is lost during transit?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured during transit. All purchases require a signature at the time of delivery. We take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely.
